Paul is a senior associate and senior professional support lawyer in the IP/IT group, specialising in patents. His specialism is UK and multi-jurisdictional patent litigation. Paul advises, publishes and speaks on this subject regularly. In particular, Paul is advising clients on the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and leads the Taylor Wessing UPC taskforce. He is currently preparing a practitioner's Guide to the UPC to be published in 2017.
