Payment practice reporting requirements now in force

In February, we reported on the Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations 2017 and the Limited Liability Partnerships (Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance) Regulations 2017 (Regulations). These are now in force and require “large” companies and LLPs to report on their payment practices under qualifying contracts. Read our article for details.
