Jakob Riemenschneider is a partner in the firm's China Group and Chief Representative of our Hong Kong office. Jakob assists European and Asian clients with their cross-continental investments and business activities. He is well-known for his expertise in advising clients on acquisitions/divestments across Europe and Asia, international expansion projects, and corporate restructuring. As a German lawyer and tax advisor Jakob seeks to provide practical solutions with a view to finance, taxation and law. In the China Group, Jakob is responsible for Environmental Technologies, Agriculture & Food. Jakob studied law in Germany, the UK and China.
